I had a decent stay, thanks to the charming and helpful staff who really went the extra mile! The location is super convenient, making it easy to explore the area, plus the cozy restaurant served an amazing Sunday lunch that I can't stop raving about. The decor has a lovely quirky vibe that adds character to the experience, and the spacious drinking den looks like a great spot for a night out.

The stay with amazing service certainly was great value for money. The setting was perfect, close to live music venue, all 10 museums and The Valley. It also was in centre of Ironbridge.
It would be nice if shops were available.

While the beer garden was a pleasant spot to unwind, and the modern décor and powerful shower were enjoyable, we faced significant issues. The room was uncomfortably cold and noisy during the night, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. we enjoyed great views of the Severn River and the entertaining live music, although the food didn't meet our expectations. The nearby landmarks offered fantastic family experiences, enhancing our trip despite the hotel's shortcomings.

We arrived to find the place closed due to a fire, with no heads-up. The alternative building felt neglected, the room was worn, and the smell of damp hit us right away. It was disappointing, honestly, wasn't what we expected at all.

Lovely Stay with Live Music!
Spent a couple of nights here and it was really fun! The vibe is super fun with live bands getting everyone dancing. Drinks are really cheap too! Our room was cozy and fancy, but man, it got a bit packed during the evening. The restaurant food was tasty, definitely recommend grabbing a bite before hitting the bar area.

We had a lovely stay for one night where the cozy decor really set the tone and the breakfast was a standout treat! There were awesome relaxation moments like unwinding in the beer garden and enjoying a great cup of coffee in our room. Just a heads-up, the noise from the evening crowd could be a bit much, but it didn't ruin our fun. 😊

We had a blast at the live music events in the bar, with amazing cover bands on the weekends. The kids loved dancing along while we enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere! The staff were super friendly.
In my wife's opinion, the kids wished there were more family-friendly activities available during the day.

The outdoor beer garden and live music created a lively atmosphere perfect for our reunion, complemented by attentive staff who accommodated our needs. The Superior Suite featured a fine terrace backing into the woods, ideal for relaxation. Cleanliness could improve, as the shower showed signs of mold and some areas felt a bit dated.

Had a blast with friends enjoying live music both nights with cover bands entertaining us. The staff were super friendly, and the food was delicious! Just a heads up, the music can get pretty loud into the night, so be aware if you're looking for a quiet stay.

Great for live music lovers!
We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the lively atmosphere! The room was quirky and tidy, but a bit cramped. Loved the bar area with live music. It brought a fun vibe, though it got kinda loud later. The staff were really friendly and the food was tasty! Only thing is, the bed could use some extra comfort.

Fantastic food and great atmosphere
The freshly cooked breakfast each morning was good, especially the small English breakfast that set the tone for the day. I particularly enjoyed the live music events that created a vibrant atmosphere and made my evenings nice. I believe improvements could be made in the maintenance of some areas, like better attention to cleanliness in the common spaces.
